About Us
Deborah Pearson has fifteen years of experience serving clients needing fiduciary services. She has sound technical skills and a deep understanding of estate issues, allowing her to serve effectively in the
roles she is court-appointed
or privately employed to fulfill.
As the financial landscape may vary for everyone, Deborah prefers to evaluate each case individually. She is adept at assessing situations, identifying needs, and resolving problems, and she has a proven success record in managing her cases.
While working as a certified paralegal in elder law, managing cases for a private attorney, Deborah found her passion for helping individuals and families, which is when her service as a professional fiduciary began. Of fiduciary work, Deborah often says, "I didn't go out looking to be a fiduciary, fiduciary work found me."
Deborah's professional pathway also includes econonomic research and development, retail ownership, and small business management. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and later completed a paralegal certificate. She has been a long-time resident of Colorado, with her family roots planted in the Four Corners region of Colorado and New Mexico.
While Deborah will always serve and maintain a business location in Denver, Colorado, Deborah and her husband now call Montana home living in Kalispell and exploring the Flathead.. She also serves as a fiduciary in Gallatin County, Flathead County ,and Lincoln County.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys gardening, cooking, and knitting.
But mostly, Deborah enjoys spending time with her husband and beloved family!
As an integral member of Pearson Fiduciary, Gage Blatter has provided essential administrative support for five years. He assists Deborah in meeting client needs and is trained to protect at-risk elders while maintaining positive relationships with their families and contracted service providers.
Outside of Pearson Fiduciary, Gage uses his strong customer service skills as a small business owner, providing white-glove delivery services in Metro Denver and the surrounding foothill communities. While studying business management, Gage also stays active year-round, playing hockey, skiing, snowmobiling, and camping,
