Deborah Pearson has fourteen years of experience working in the field of elder law in Colorado. She has sound technical skills and a deep understanding of estate issues that allow her to effectively manage the probate process for her clients.
As the financial landscape differs for most everyone, Deborah prefers to evaluate each case individually. She is adept at assessing situations, identifying needs, resolving problems, and has a proven success record in managing her client's
financial affairs.
Deborah's work as a professional fiduciary began in 2017. Leading up to that, she worked as a certified paralegal, in elder law managing cases for a private attorney. Deborah found her passion for helping individuals and families at this practice. Of fiduciary work, Deborah often says, "I didn't go out looking to be a fiduciary, fiduciary work found me."
Deborah's professional pathway also includes economic research and development, retail ownership, and small business management. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and later completed a paralegal certificate. She is a long-time resident of Colorado growing up in Jefferson County, with her family roots planted in the Four Corners region of Colorado
and New Mexico.
She raised her children in Centennial, a Denver suburb, and spent many summer vacations helping them connect with their paternal roots in Montana, a state two of them now call home and where Deborah frequently visits.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys gardening, cooking, and biking on a
Gold Wing with her husband.
